This policy applies to (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly
aware of our shipping policies and procedures.
By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein. Shipping costs: We do charge for shipping, based on product weight.
We provide free shipping on all orders $150.00, or more. Less than $150.00, we charge shipping fee by weight of items.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time :

Transit time: 3-5 days (Monday to Friday).

The order handling time is 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

The order cut-off time will be 11:00 PM

Delivery Methods:

We use UPS, as well as USPS, to deliver our orders.

Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit.
If you need to change the place to deliver your order,
please contact us within 1 day of placing your order

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order,
we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the
courier and get in touch with our customer service.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present,
please contact customer service with the next steps.
