  • Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders $150 or more.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 11:00 PM EST

🚛 Delivery Carriers

We ship orders using UPS and USPS, depending on the destination and package size.

🏠 Changing Delivery Address

Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. To request a change, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order:

If you change your mind before your order ships, we’re happy to cancel it. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible—please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

📦 Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the delivery and notify our customer service immediately.

  • If the parcel was delivered while you were away, please contact us for next steps.
